Welcome! My name is Nathan Franco, or if you’re comfortable, you can call me Nate. I’m from Los Angeles, CA, but I have a Jamaican and Hispanic background.
Academically, I’m interested in how different cultures shape and change within society, public policy, and global health. Previously, I worked in the Gender Studies Lab (GSL), and I’m part of Medic Mindset, Medical English Program (MEP), and YLGHC Medical Shadowing program, and I was a medic responder on campus. All that is to say, if you have any interests that you want to explore, feel free to let me know, as I can help put you in the right direction.
In my free time, I keep up with the latest TV shows, explore hotspots in Shanghai, and try different cuisines. If you want to talk or have questions, we can meet for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner!
