Hi! I’m Ruoxuan Huang, Roxanne, from the Class of 2026, majoring in Global Health with a Biology track. I come from Nanjing, a beautiful city in Jiangsu Province, China. I’m passionate about traveling, music, and exploring good food—especially desserts! If you share the same interests, I’d love to take you on a tour of the best bakeries and ice cream shops in Shanghai!

During my freshman year, I joined several student organizations including DKUVA, Medic Mindset, and the Billiards Club. I also explored a wide range of academic interests—from psychology and economics to molecular bioscience—before settling on my current major. If you’re curious about clubs or unsure about which major to choose, I’d be happy to share my experiences and help you find what fits you best! As a Peer Mentor, I hope to support your transition to college life and make your first year a little less stressful—and a lot more exciting.
