Hi! I’m Siyang Chen, Class of 2028.
I’m planning to major in Materials Science with track in Physics because I have a curiosity about the principles that govern the physical world and enjoy applying that knowledge to real-world challenges through hands-on work.
Outside of class, I’m passionate about the outdoors—especially backpacking, mountaineering, and climbing. I work as staff at the climbing wall, where I love introducing people to the sport and climbing with friends. During breaks, I enjoy spending time on mountain trails, hiking with friends and exploring nature.
