Hi! I’m Tianyi Wang — you can call me Tianyi or Olivia, either is fine. I’m from the Class of 2028. I come from Jinan, a beautiful city in eastern China known for its natural springs and rich cultural history.

Academically, I’m especially interested in the sciences — particularly biology, chemistry, and neuroscience. I’m fascinated by how science helps us make sense of life, from the smallest molecules to big questions about how we think and feel.

Outside of class, I enjoy working out, watching musicals, traveling, and photography. A fun fact about me is that I’m a huge cat lover — I’m part of DKU’s Animal Protection Association, and I have a two-year-old cat at home.

I know that your first year of college can be both exciting and challenging. I’m truly grateful to be one of your peer mentors. If you ever have any questions, concerns, or just need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out — I’d be more than happy to be there for you.
